Welcome to our Home Page.

Friskney is situated mid-way between Boston and Skegness in Lincolnshire,

about 2 miles in from the shores of The Wash.

This site is intended to give a guide to the village and our activities.

Friskney is a thriving village with a school that has recently received an

outstanding grade from OfSTED.

The local shop / post office serves the community and the village hall

is well used.

There are football, cricket and bowls clubs as

well as a number of social clubs which range

from an art group, Mother's Union, radio club

                              and Women's Institute.

There are two public houses, one in the centre of the village, the other

on the outskirts.

There is a church which has a long history with a number of interesting artefacts on display.

Although it is primarily an agricultural area there are many local family

businesses that support the village.
