Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

You may find Tai Chi appealing because it’s inexpensive and requires no special equipment.

It can be done anywhere, alone or in groups.

However, beginners should seek guidance from a qualified Tai Chi instructor.
